Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking an HR Generalist for a rapidly growing hospitality company located in Raleigh with locations up and down the East Coast. This role works onsite in Raleigh, NC and a Covid Vaccination is required. This is a Direct Hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain HRIS and ATS systems
- Process unemployment claims
- Support HR Lead, recruiting, staffing, benefits, and training teams
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits communication
- Create reports and track data
- Support employees and leaders with HRIS questions and needs
- Participate in internal and department special projects as needed
- Provides clerical support
- Contributes to developing department goals, objectives, and systems
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating HRIS and ATS systems
- Proficient in Microsoft products (primarily Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook)
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related business experience
- Previous experience in restaurant industry preferred
- Experience processing unemployment claims, garnishments and DOL reporting
- Recognition of the highly confidential nature of the department and able to protect the integrity of information
- Ability to prioritize needs and own tasks from beginning to end
- Skilled in problem solving and strategic thinking
- Strong organizational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in a service-focused industry
- Employee relations experience
- Champions outgoing, fun, dedicated, kind, dependable characteristics
