Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established Mechanical Construction company who is looking for HVAC Service Technician. This is a direct hire role working 7am until job complete.
Responsibilities:
- Service Technician will perform routine maintenance on HVAC units in commercial buildings.
- Service Technician will troubleshoot and repair defective HVAC systems.
- Service Technician will remove old HVAC units and install new equipment.
- Service Technician will start up equipment and make adjustments as needed.
- Service Technician will determine customer concerns and repair units in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 10+ years commercial HVAC maintenance experience.
- Candidates must have experience with HVAC split systems, package units, and controllers.
- Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with boilers and refrigeration equipment preferred.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
