Accentuate Staffing has immediate Remote Call Center Customer Service positions available. The ideal candidate will have previous call center and or medical customer service background. This position will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to toggle between various database systems.  Being able to work with members of the public who may be experiencing a crisis, are angry, or scared will be a huge plus. Must also be available to work weekends, one of the three shifts 7-7 pm, 8-6 pm, and 9-5 pm.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 1-year working in a patient-centered health care position where they would regularly handle private personal health information and have experience with HIPAA
  • Must be able to type over 35 wpm.
  • Home Internet Speed needs to be over 100mbps and must have a MAC or PC
  • Must be able to multitask, juggling multiple applications, programs, and browsers, be comfortable enough to do it, and know how to work with a computer.
  • High School Diploma is required
  • Must be able to pass a background check and must live in North Carolina
