Accentuate Staffing is assisting a construction supply distributor in the Raleigh area who is hiring for a Sit Down Forklift Operator to assist with pulling and staging orders. This is a 1st shift, contract to hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will use a sit down forklift to pull orders.
- Candidate will assist with staging products and replenishing shelves.
- Candidate will also assist customers move products onto trucks.
Requirements:
- Previous sit down forklift is required.
- Previous experience working in a construction environment is ideal.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
- Must be comfortable lifting 75+lbs.
- Must have strong attention to detail, punctuality and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Candidates must be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
- Must be comfortable working in a non-climate controlled, dirty environment.
- Candidate will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
