Accentuate Staffing is assisting a local private school who is looking for a Maintenance Facilities Technician. This is a contract position working Monday through Friday 7am – 4pm.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance technician will maintain campus buildings and equipment.
- Technician will maintain HVAC, plumbing, and lighting systems.
- Technician will maintain boilers, chillers, and swimming pool equipment.
- Technician will troubleshoot vehicles and golf carts, keeping buses and vans clean.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 4+ years maintenance facilities background.
- Candidates must have a strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Candidates must be proficient using hand tools and power tools.
