Accentuate Staffing is assisting a rapidly growing drug development company in Raleigh, NC who is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity managing contract manufacturers and 3rd party logistics companies offering competitive compensation and bonus potential.
Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Manager will oversee day to day commercial manufacturing and product supply operations
- Supply Chain Manager will manage inventory and continuity of supply for all commercial products
- Supply Chain Manager will oversee Contract Manufacturing Organizations and third-party logistics providers
- Supply Chain Manager will manage forecasting, capacity planning, supplier relationship, and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators
- Supply Chain Manager will lead Sales and Operations Planning providing supply updates, projections, and inventory positions for commercial products
- Supply Chain Manager will plan, schedule, and coordinate product shipments for work in process and finished products
Supply Chain Manager will lead the planning and coordinating of all product serialization activities in accordance with government regulations
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 7 plus years Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, and Inventory Management experience in a pharmaceutical, cGMP environment
- Candidates must have a good understanding of the commercial stage pharma life cycle
- Candidates must have experience managing third parties and contract providers
- Candidates must have a BS degree in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a Scientific Discipline
- APICS CPIM and or CSCP certifications preferred
- Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP Systems, Sage X3 a plus
- Candidates must have a strong teamwork and interpersonal skills working in a cross functional team environment
