Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing pharmaceutical company near the Charlotte area who is looking for an Associate Director of Quality Assurance.
Responsibilities:
- Associate Director will direct a team of In Process Quality Assurance staff across multiple shifts for sterile and oral solid dose departments
- Associate Director will oversee warehousing, dispensing, manufacturing, packaging, and calibration
- Associate Director will provide leadership, mentoring, and development of IPQA staff
- Associate Director will review in process testing and executed batch production records
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 10+ years Quality Assurance background in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry
- Candidates must have experience with sterile dosage forms and oral solid dosage forms; Experience with vials, pre-filled syringes, and blow fill seal preferred
- Candidates must have quality management experience overseeing in process quality checks, verified line clearances, batch record review, investigation/CAPA review, etc.
- Candidates must have a bachelors degree in Science or Engineering or related field
