Accentuate Staffing is assisting a local pharmaceutical company who is looking for a Senior Production Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Production Manager will oversee and manage all manufacturing and packaging activities for Nebulizer products
- Manager will manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
- Manager will support and guide supervisors on 3 shifts
- Manager will strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity
- Manager will support equipment qualification, setting up plant systems and processes, etc.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 8 years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience in a sterile and aseptic environment
- Experience with Blow, Fill, Seal technology is preferred
- Candidates must have a knowledge of conceptual design, project planning, execution
- Candidates must have a strong knowledge of continuous improvement initiatives
- A Bachelors degree in pharmacy, engineering, or relevant scientific discipline is required; Masters degree is a plus
