Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established client of ours in the Durham area recruit for a Warehouse Shift Lead. 1st (6:30am-3pm) and 2nd shift (3:15pm-11:45pm), contract to hire, opportunities available.
Responsibilities:
- Shift Lead will be assist with supervising and training pickers, packers, and stockers
- Shift Lead will manage KPIs
- Shift Lead will participate in assessing staffing needs and scheduling employees
- Shift Lead will assist with warehouse documentation to include inbound vendor compliance forms
Requirements:
- Candidate must have previous warehouse/logistics experience
- Experience operating forklifts a huge plus
- Candidate must have strong leadership experience
- Candidate must have previous experience working with a Warehouse Management System
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Valid Driver’s License required
