Accentuate Staffing is working with a leading consumer goods manufacturer in RTP to hire for an Entry Level Customer Relations Associate to manage shipping/receiving, inventory, material planning, and warehouse operations. This position is a contract to hire opportunity working 1st shift Monday-Friday with some overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Associate will verify and process customer returns
- Associate will performing all product inspections
- Associate will provide updates to customers regarding repair and return status
Requirements:
- Must have experience in customer service and returns
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers on a daily basis
- Experience using MRP/ERP software is a plus
- Candidates must have strong attention to detail, able to multi-task, and work in a fast paced environment
- Must be to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
