Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a global technical communications company in Raleigh who is seeking a Marketing and Communications Specialist to join their team. This a newly created position within organization. The Marketing and Communications Specialist will create first-ever global marketing strategy, contributing to and executing all of the marketing plans, campaigns, advertising, PR, events, and symposiums; using various tactics including digital, print, video, and mobile engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop case studies based on potential product applications and customer experiences
- Organize response to industry-based on potential product applications and customer experiences
- Create a variety of marketing materials to be used across various media platforms such as advertising, social media, internal employee communications, external customer communications, trade shows, etc.
- Lead and guide the development of copy and creative content for identified markets, appropriately positioning products within compliance guidelines, while conveying strong value propositions and clear product differentiation
- Develop and own a robust lead generation funnel
- Design target campaigns based on real demands of customer segments and combine product knowledge, market understanding to prepare impactful campaign content and channel materials
- Establish and evaluate key performance metrics and maintain monthly and quarterly metrics reports on marketing activities, efficiency and business impact including demand generation, website and email marketing analytics
Requirements:
- Mandatory BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Journalism
- 5 years of experience in either marketing communications, marketing analytics, digital marketing, or similar role.
- Strong written communication skills, along with clear and concise verbal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with individuals and teams.
- Strong project management, consulting and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced developing scalable, digital marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Ability to understand business strategies and prioritize activities appropriately.
- Must be proficient with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress
- Industry experience within electronics, telecommunications and or military/public Safety is strongly preferred
- Global experience is required and the ability to speak and write in Spanish is strongly preferred
