Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Office Manager and Branch Admin for a large construction company in the Lexington, SC area. This is a permanent job opportunity to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all day to day administrative support for office
- Manage incoming contracts from vendors
- Handle all branch level HR issues including employee questions regarding benefits, employee relations, and general field questions
- Enter field employee timecards to payroll system
- Answer phones and field messages to appropriate personnel
- Assure that all subcontractor payments are received
- Assist with AP and AR related duties
- Manage all outgoing billings and enter into system
- Act as point of contact for all office related events
- Special duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual is a plus
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative and/or office manager capacity
- Experience with construction companies is desirable
- Understanding of Apple products – setting up and using iPads and iPhones
- Background handling HR related topics
- MS Office proficiency
