Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Office Manager for a property management group with locations throughout the Triangle area. The Office Manager will be the point of contact for all administrative duties in the main corporate office. This is a temp to hire position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all office communication needs and streamline administrative processes
- Order office supplies and ensure stocked at all times
- Prepare all welcome letters and update the newsletters for tenants
- Attend office meetings and capture meeting minutes as directed
- Answer phones and relay messages
- First point of contact for vendors requiring maintenance for office equipment
- File, scan, and fax all documents
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Energetic and upbeat individual
- Ability to wear multiple hats and multi-task between projects
- At least 2 years of office management and administrative work experience
- MS Office and 10-key experience
- Ability to work independently
- High school diploma required
