Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Customer Support Rep to join a growing jewelry company in the Morrisville area. This is a temp to hire opportunity to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain all customer relationships by responding to questions and documenting in database system
- Answer questions pertaining to products and services
- Assist with shipping questions
- Record all customer inquiries by documenting into system platform
- Upsell customer by suggesting add-ons of jewelry
- Provide customers with excellent shopping experience by using active listening skills to learn what customer really wants
- Act as support for front desk responsibilities
Requirements:
- Experience with jewelry preferred
- At least 1 year of call center or customer support experience
- Team player and positive attitude
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- 10-key skills
- MS Office proficiency
