Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a HR Analyst to join a Global Biotech company in RTP. This company is seeking assistance on a special project within the HR department. This position will be provide Data Analysis support on a project to pull year end reports for business units. This is a 4-6 week opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Generating reports in Excel from Workday
- Formatting PowerPoint Deck slides for Management team
- Uploading Digital documents to employee files
- Creating charts and graphs in Excel
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree is required
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required. Must be able to perform pivot tables, charts, graphs, etc. in Excel
- Strong attention to detail is needed
- Previous experience in a data analysis or HR Analyst role would be ideal
- Workday exp is preferred but not required
