Accentuate Staffing has a direct hire opening for a CSR/Inside Sales Rep for a client in Charlotte, NC. The position is responsible for receiving calls from customers, outside sales reps, internal customers, entering orders, quoting, closing sales and coordinating accurate information between internal locations and departments. Providing a high level of customer service with integrity is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving calls, making prospecting calls, processing orders, quoting and closing sales over the phone.
- Upselling, follow up, lead passing and coordinating a high volume of daily transactions is required.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the Company’s available services, pricing structures and offer additional services to existing and potential customers to grow revenue and contribute to Company goals and objectives.
- Complete required service agreements, Sales Force entries, and other paperwork in a timely manner and in compliance with Company policy.
- Coordinate with departments within the company to ensure customer service request are handled accordingly to policy and in a timely fashion.
- Act as intermediary between customers, sales, operations, and office to solve general inquiries & issues.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to management.
- Perform other sales related duties as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree (AA) from two-year college or technical school and 2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possess a valid DL
