Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an Office Coordinator to join a pharma/biotech company in RTP, NC.   This is a contract role from now until February and will work in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and then be remote Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Responsibilities:

  •    Receiving, assigning, tracking and closeout all incoming facilities and operations request efficiently and effectively daily using the software Freshdesk
  •  Maintain electronic files. Scanning, filing, organize large records, invoices and other important documentation.
  •  Prepare confidentiality agreements. Verify documents, records and forms for accuracy, completeness and conformance to applicable policies and procedures
  •  Ordering repairs for office equipment and maintenance, connecting with and escorting vendors
  •  Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute to team in a timely manner
  •  Organize special departmental events as needed
  •  Complete clerical and administrative tasks.
  •  Order office supplies. Coordinate shipping and departmental mailing
  •  Additional duties as assigned by manager to achieve company goals

Requirements:

  • Associates or bachelors degree preferred, but not required
  • 5+ years experience working in a fast paced, professional office environment
  • Previous experience supporting multiple departments strongly preferred
  • Advanced computer skills utilizing most Microsoft Applications, Freshdesk, MasterControl, DocuSign, M-Files, Smartsheet and SharePoint. SAP knowledge preferred, but not required.
