Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Specialist to join a leading Construction company in Raleigh. While working in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, this role will manage events, produce a wide range of promotional materials, analyze results, and make suggestions for improvements. This role will be responsible for marketing materials and facilitating both internal and external communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute communication strategies and projects
  • Create content for internal communication needs, such as business cards, newsletters, etc.
  • Coordinate communications needs for events and assist with all aspects of events
  • Create digital marketing strategies and content websites, email, social media, and blogs
  • Coordinate the design of promotional material
  • Utilize social media know-how and the latest social media platforms to support and amplify social media campaigns as needed
  • Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates
  • Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address queries
  • Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication
  • 3 or more years of relevant field experience
  • Construction and Engineering Industry experience is preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Communication Specialist
  • Hands-on experience with web content management tools
  • Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Must have the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
