Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing machine shop in Raleigh who is looking for a Press Brake Operator to join their team. 1st and 2nd shifts available. This is a contract-hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and run CNC Press Brake equipment according to specifications and drawings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Ensure quality control and accuracy in all production processes.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
- 4 plus years experience operating CNC Press Brake equipment.
- Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Previous background fabricating custom parts and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
