Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a retail distribution company in the Raleigh area. The Data Analysis Associate will assist with pulling data, handling reports, and communicating data projects. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Pull daily/weekly/monthly reports from project management system
- Capture heavy information for long term and short term trends
- Utilize Excel daily to understand reporting trends and capture information for management
- Understand business problems and discrepancies to determine how to structure data queries and communicate what data to gather
- Assist with multiple projects at a time
- Work with leadership to determine best solution practices
- Handle billing issues and discrepancies
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Associates degree preferred
- Advanced Excel knowledge required (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- At least 1 year in a data analyst role
- Database knowledge and SQL skills are preferred
- Ability to communicate to senior leadership complex data reports
