Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Global Manufacturer in the Wendell/Knightdale area who is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team. The Human Resources Administrator will assist the HR department with talent recruitment and other administrative duties. This position must have the ability to provide professional and administrative support for multiple human resources functions such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll administration, and planning employee appreciation/company events while maintaining a strong level of organization and confidentiality. This is a Direct Hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Lead in recruiting by posting open positions on multiple job boards including, LinkedIn, College Job Boards, and Indeed, filtering resumes, resume tracking, phone screening, and scheduling interviews
- Daily navigation and use on ADP Workforce Now
- Assist with onboarding of all new employees, such as new hire orientation, explanation of benefits, explanation of company policies, practices and procedures, verifying I-9 and E-Verify
- Assist the HR team with the planning and coordination of all company events, including the Holiday Party and Employee Appreciation Week
- Assist in administrative duties, including administering company cell phones, credit cards, and other company property
- Stay current with local, state, and Federal HR laws, legislation, and trends and maintain compliance with each
- Perform other HR duties and miscellaneous special projects as assigned
- Cover front desk reception as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience, concentration in recruiting
- Proven ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of confidentiality, uncompromising integrity, and professional maturity
- Must be self-motivated with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Ability to see projects through conclusion and implementation
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is a plus
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
