Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a pharmaceutical contract manufacturer in Raleigh, NC who is looking for a Manufacturing/Supply Chain Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing/Supply Chain Manager will establish and maintain relationships with third party suppliers, maintaining adequate supply and inventory management
- Manager will forecast and schedule production, monitoring supplier performance
- Manager will identify and manage continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline preferred
- Candidates must have experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with a strong knowledge of manufacturing and packaging operations
- Candidates with experience with oral solid dose products a plus
- Candidates must have a strong knowledge of process validation, root cause analysis and deviation/CAPA management
- Candidates must have 5 plus years manufacturing and leadership background
- This position requires 25% travel
