Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an eager Collections Associate to join an established group in the North Raleigh area. This is a temp to hire opportunity. The hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 10:15am-7:15pm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers via phone and email correspondence
- Communicate with callers to collect on past due account payments and loan information
- Answer questions and provide information to callers regarding accounts and company programs
- Perform skip tracing activities to locate customer information
- Handle both incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Identify potential denied claims
- Input all customer activity into computer database
- Work in a team environment to collect on all accounts
- Perform special projects as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer service and/or Collections experience required
- Strong multi-tasking skill set and ability to toggle between multiple computer screens
- Background utilizing MS Office
- Previous skip tracing experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
