Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a rapidly growing construction group in the Cary, NC area. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, an outgoing and friendly personality, and also possess a bilingual skill set.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all front desk activities and maintain front office coordination needs
- Greet incoming guests, visitors, and internal employees
- Assist by handling applications, check status, phone calls, answering employee questions, and managing meeting requests
- Utilize company calendar daily to organize schedules and events
- Order office supplies and manage all break room inventory
- Handle special projects for leadership team including filing, scanning and print projects
- Take incoming and outgoing mail to appropriate personnel
- Complete projects as assigned in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Bilingual – Spanish/English required
- At least 1 year of administrative work experience
- Experience in a construction environment preferable
- Pleasant and energetic demeanor
