Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a direct hire Distribution Admin to join a growing furniture distributor located in Holly Springs. The ideal candidate will have ERP and manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with carriers via email and/or phone
  • Establish pick up appointments for carriers
  • Maintain schedule for shipments
  • Maintain open communications with supply chain team, customer service, and customers
  • Handle data via SAP and manipulate data within MS Excel
  • Assist with creating bills of lading
  • Track shipments when necessary
  • Build orders with SAP for shipment
  • Maintain friendly customer relations.

Requirements:

  • Must have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Manufacturing/Distribution Operations
  • Experience working with EDI and ERP systems
  • 4+ years of data entry experience and the ability to type 45 words per minute
  • The ability to utilize basic computer software including Microsoft Office Applications and ERP Systems
  • Experience with process documentation and SOP creation
