Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a HVAC/Refrigeration Technical Support Coordinator to join a growing manufacturing company in Fuquay Varina. This is a direct hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Daily telephone technical support and parts support which includes interaction with technical service, dealers, customers, and factory sales people.
- Assist in warranty returns.
- Assist in large chain account support.
Requirements:
- Must demonstrate a strong technical background along with customer relations skill.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing STEAM equipment preferred.
- Technical background should include electrical troubleshooting and reading of schematics.
- Must have working knowledge of commercial cooking equipment and its effect of gas combustion equipment.
- Refrigeration experience a plus
