Accentuate Staffing is seeking an Ordering Coordinator to join a busy office in the North Raleigh area. This is a possible temp to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Scheduling team members to ensure all orders are correct and input into the database system appropriately
  • Assist with all administrative support including answering questions, updating quote information, and addressing complaints
  • Resolve any order discrepancy by monitoring queues and order status updates
  • Shares in customer contact responsibility for new orders as needed
  • Assists in coordinating shipping, scheduling, and delivery confirmations
  • Generate weekly reports on ordering status updates
  • Assists with all clerical duties including phones, copier, faxing, and front desk help
  • Provide updates to customers on ordering needs via phone and email

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Ordering/Order Entry capacity
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Strong documentation and organizational skill set required
  • MS Office background required, ERP experience a plus
  • Excellent typing and computer skills
