Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join an established company in Raleigh as a Dispatcher. This will be a second shift schedule and looking for someone to work Sunday-Thursday from 1pm-10pm.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a call center environment taking inbound and outbound phone calls
- Follow up with customers via email and phone calls to ensure orders are handled appropriately
- Assist callers with delivery needs, schedule changes, and updates to client accounts
- Manage all scheduling needs and schedule orders as needed following up on any issue
- Resolve customer issues and requests quickly
- Work with team members to complete all ordering and client needs as quickly as possible.
- Maintain and update electronic portal
Requirements:
• Ability to work weekends and evenings
• Background in customer service and call center environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer savvy; ability to pick up new software quickly
