Accentuate Staffing is looking for all retail and service minded individuals for an exciting temporary CSR opportunity in the Durham, NC area! This is a contract lasting from October through March with a full time schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a small team to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Communicate with all customers via phone and email regarding accounts, products, and shipment needs
- Enter in all orders into ERP system correctly
- Work with internal teams to ensure product availability and delivery dates
- Resolve any issues with customers including returns, requests, and warranty issues
- Assist accounting team with updates to pricing and invoicing help
- Assist on special projects as needed
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of retail, service industry, or customer service work experience
- Ability to work Monday-Friday either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
- Previous experience working with MS Office products, experience with ERP system a plus
- Highly organized and detailed
