Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Director of Marketing Analytics for a growing company in Raleigh, NC. This is a Direct Hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Own audience targeting and data driven personalization strategies across prospecting, retargeting and remarketing to directly deliver improvements in media performance.
- Craft clever solutions that use marketing and digital analytics data to increase ROAS.
- Own the quality of marketing performance data, combining product management and high level analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and eliminate blind spots.
- Build and manage a team of analysts who search for growth opportunities in analytics data.
- Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to enhance Marketing Analytics stack (Google Marketing Platform + Invoca + Custom Integrations).
- Own marketing attribution and media mix modeling to better align spend to value.
- Make the case for new value additive analytics technologies and third party data sources.
- Develop and ensure correct implementation of measurement plans for all media campaigns (i.e. identify appropriate KPIs to track and optimize against, ensure proper implementation of controlled tests, etc.).
- Own Search Ads 360 Floodlight conversion designs and other platform conversion integrations to turn outcome data into highly valuable signal for SA360 & platform native bidding algos.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across all marketing analytics platforms
- Innovate on the cutting edge of Marketing Analytics, partnering with Media, Data Science, and Data Management teams to consistently produce breakthroughs using data.
Requirements:
- 6+ years progressive experience in marketing measurement, attribution, and analytics, with exposure to both traditional and direct-to-consumer brands.
- Expertise with media measurement and ability to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each measurement methodology.
- Strong analytical and quantitative background with expertise in measurement planning and experiment design.
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics platforms and marketing analytics data
- Strong technical capabilities with SQL, data warehouses, ETL processes, and data integration tools.
