Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a variety of recruitment sources to develop applicant candidate pipelines within the software development vertical.
  • Interview candidates over the phone, video chat and in person to understand motivations, career goals, work experiences and expectations.
  • Match qualified applicant with clients hiring needs.
  • Interactions with hiring managers to clarify hiring requirements, educate on the current employment market, and directly submit candidates for review
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to successfully negotiate offers between client and candidate
  • Bring a collaborative, creative and positive attitude each day.
  • Manage order work flow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
