Responsibilities:
- Utilize a variety of recruitment sources to develop applicant candidate pipelines within the software development vertical.
- Interview candidates over the phone, video chat and in person to understand motivations, career goals, work experiences and expectations.
- Match qualified applicant with clients hiring needs.
- Interactions with hiring managers to clarify hiring requirements, educate on the current employment market, and directly submit candidates for review
- Collaborate with Account Managers to successfully negotiate offers between client and candidate
- Bring a collaborative, creative and positive attitude each day.
- Manage order work flow.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
