Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Office Manager for a growing technology company in the Morrisville area. This is a possible temp to permanent position with full time hours.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase office supplies and business cards for staff
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding documents for new staff members
- Assist with scheduling of meetings for leadership team
- Manager all company events including birthday celebrations, company meetings, and board meetings
- Handle all travel accommodations
- Enter and review expense report details and AP needs
- Assist with projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Associates degree preferable
- Minimum of 3 years on an office manager or administrative capacity
- Accounting experience desirable
- Ability to work with all team members
- MS Office – Word, Excel, and Powerpoint skills required
