Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join a large manufacturer in Fuquay-Varina, NC. This is a long term, contract position. The ideal candidate will have experience processing payroll for 75+ employees, have knowledge of payroll accounting and wage garnishments and be willing to support the finance team in other areas as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently process biweekly payroll using UltiPro
- Processing of new hires and terminations in system
- General payroll functions such as entering garnishments and tax levies.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma is required
- Must be proficient with MS Office specifically Excel
- UltiPro experience is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience is required
