Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an experienced Inside Sales Manager for a logistics group in the Wake Forest area. The candidate will need to possess experience developing staff and background working within a high volume contact center in a leadership role. This is a direct hire opportunity available immediately!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a contact center of inbound/outbound reps of approximately 20-40 as well as mentor a team of 4 supervisors
- Train, mentor, and develop contact center sales team
- Plan and strategize with executive team to enhance and grow the contact center over each period
- Measure and report on KPIs, with reporting on monthly recommendations to leadership
- Pull weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to executive team on performance of sales
- Conduct performance assessments on an ongoing basis regarding results and progress
- Maintain strong working relationships with multiple departments to contribute to overall success of team
- Assess difficulty areas and work to organize and resolve issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a sales or management capacity
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with in a sales role
- Experience developing a team and supervising a large team in a call center
- Professional communication both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
