Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a dynamic pharmaceutical company in the Morrisville area. If you are the type of person that enjoys working with a wide network, as well as moving at a fast pace while assisting customers, we need to talk! This is a temp to hire opportunity with full time hours.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a high volume call center environment taking inbound and outbound phone calls
- Act as a first point of contact to customers with general questions and concerns
- Enter in order details for customers into main database system
- Email and follow up with customers on orders being shipped and tracked
- Manage database with customer information and billing information
- Work with multiple departments to ensure that clients’ orders are fulfilled appropriately
- Complete other assigned tasks as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years in a customer service/call center environment required
- Associates degree preferred
- MS Office proficiency
- Previous order entry and/or tracking experience
- Strong typing and organizational skills
- Military service preferred
