Accentuate Staffing is currently assisting a leading drug supply company with their need for a Recruiter/HR Generalist. This is a Direct Hire opportunity in Morrisville, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Supports existing team members as well as recruits new talent.
- Promotes the corporate values & leads people development to encourage success within the company.
- Plays a vital role in performance management, training & development & with assessing hiring needs as the company grows.
- Handles employee relations as it pertains to demands, grievances or other issues to bridge those with upper management if needed. Confidentiality & Professionalism are paramount in both handling employee & management directives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in handling HR/Recruitment items – 2+yrs
- BS Degree in HR or related field preferred.
- SHRM Certification – preferred or ability to obtain if hired.
- Excellent listening, negotiation & presentation skills
- Familiar/Ability to use: Recruitment websites/job posting.
- Extreme attention to detail – Record Keeping HR Practices
