Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a reputable HVAC group in the Raleigh area. As an Administrative Coordinator, this person will be responsible for handling field personnel and work schedules. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with project managers to assist with daily scheduling needs
  • Manage company operating system to ensure all work orders are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Assist with timesheets for field personnel
  • Handle weekly and monthly reporting for management team
  • Provide exceptional communication to staff when issues arise
  • Enter in all work orders and be responsible for all data entry projects
  • Assist with accounting and collections needs for management

Requirements:

  • At least two years in an administrative, project coordinator, or customer service position
  • Background in the construction industry a plus
  • Strong MS Office skills especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
