Responsibilities:

• Will process and create sales orders through ERP Production System to ensure on time release of blocks using transaction codes and queries
• Will assist sales reps and customer inquiries by telephone, email, and fax
• Manage marketing, and daily reports through system, update pricing conditions, product codes in system
• Work with Logistics to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time
• Process deductions such as pricing, shortages, and returns in system
• Research and charged back customers for unauthorized charges using supporting documentation

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of order entry experience within a manufacturing/distribution environment is required
• High School Diploma is required
• Must be proficient with MS Office and ERP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
