Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator to join an growing medical device company in Cary, NC.  This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Will serve as the first point of contact for business both on the phone as well as assisting customers, vendors and employees
  • Provides administrative support for multiple departments
  • Typical responsibilities extend to all, but not limited to, the following functions:  office clerical and administrative support, telecommunications, mail, security, purchasing, computer support, scheduling, customer service, hospitality and human resources.
  • Will also coordinate all corporate meetings and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years of professional administrative experience
  • Experience working with and collaboration with executive members while demonstrating integrity, discretion and trust
  • Must be Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
  • Must be highly organized, able to follow standard procedures, with demonstrated ability to problem solve
  • Must be able to manage time effectively, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the administrative team
  • May require an adjusted work schedule, overtime, and evening/weekend hours in order to meet customer deadlines
  • Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
