Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an entry level customer service associate for a growing retailer in the Triangle area. This is an ideal position for a recent college graduate looking to jumpstart their career. Someone that enjoys helping customers, identifying solutions to problems, and working in a team environment will be great for this company.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and research all customer requests and ordering needs sent via phone and email
- Research client accounts to resolve customer issues
- Enter order into ERP system
- Communicate with various internal teams to assist clients with pricing, shipping, and updated information
- Manage shipment returns
- Work with other customer service representatives to manage large projects
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Energetic and bubbly personality
- MS Office proficiency required; ERP system experience a plus
- Organized and detailed
- Problem solver
