Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Service Customer Service Representative to join a growing robotics manufacturer located in Morrisville, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience scheduling and quoting products!
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate party
- Provide constant support to field technicians
- Process orders through database
- Provide repair quotes to customers
- Schedule outside service calls
- Track orders to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- SAP experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
