Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a direct hire position in Clayton, NC.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for providing information and resolution to customers via email or telephone regarding product information, order status, delivery status, and warranty/claim issues.  Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.  Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have, at minimum, a HSD and at least 5 years of customer support experience.
