Accentuate Staffing is currently assisting a leading manufacturer in the Durham area who is looking for a Senior Electronic Development Technician. This is a direct hire, 1st shift position!
Responsibilities:
- Technician will perform assembly of the device at the modular and electro mechanical integration level
- Technician will assist in development of products performing measurements, inspections, building prototypes, and process experiments
- Technician will identify issues, troubleshoot, and make suggestions for improvements
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5 + years related experience
- Candidates must have an associate’s degree in science, physics, or engineering or equivalent military background
- Candidates must have a strong knowledge of circuit board assembly and SMT Technology
- Candidates must be able to work 1st shift, and occasional 2nd shift every now and then
- Knowledge of die bonders, reflow ovens, microscopes, and various surface mount technology tools a plus
