Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join an established company in Raleigh as a Dispatcher. The hours for this position are:
Tuesday – 3am-12pm, Wednesday – 3am-12pm, Thursday – 1pm-10pm, Friday – 1pm-10pm, Saturday – 1pm-10pm, Sunday – off, Monday – off
Responsibilities:
• Work in a call center environment taking inbound and outbound phone calls
• Serve for staff, vendors, clients and customers as SME (subject matter expert)
• Assist callers with delivery needs, schedule changes, and updates to client accounts
• Schedule orders as needed
• Work with team members to complete all ordering and client needs as quickly as possible.
• Maintain and update electronic portal
Requirements:
• Ability to work weekends and evenings
• Background in customer service and call center environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer savvy; ability to pick up new software quickly
