Accentuate Staffing is assisting a fast growing, prominent Manufacturing/Distribution Company in Cary who is looking to hire an Accounting Manager to join their Finance Team.  This is a Direct Hire opportunity!

Responsibilities:

  • Producing internal and external financial reports as and when required
  • Compiling all budget information
  • Maintaining company’s book tidy and accurate by monthly reconciliation
  • Dealing with Auditor and managing all audit preparation and exercises
  • Managing Direct / Indirect Tax filings
  • Dealing with Tax Accountant and IRS as and when required
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations and filing reports as necessary to various government agencies
  • Analyzing financial result and control expenditure
  • Ensuring accounting policy and book keeping being consistent and compliant with company’s group accounting policy.
  • Dealing with internal audit activities as and when required.
  • Understanding the company’s business and its transaction
  • Respecting deadline of managing activities of the Group.
  • Ensuring smooth communication with other Divisions and CBC’s group companies including HQ.
  • Interacting with outside consultants and accountants when required
  • Providing direction and delegating responsibilities to subordinate Staff
  • Supervising, ensuring the accuracy of work performed by all staff in Finance Group and provide performance review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or university
  •  5+ years related experience
  • Supervisory experience (Will be supervising a staff of 5)
  • Manufacturing and/or Distribution Industry experience REQUIRED
  • Intercompany Transactions experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Midrange, ERP, and accounting software
