Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established school in the Raleigh area who is hiring for a Licensed Electrician/Maintenance Tech to join their growing team. This is a 1st shift opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair and maintain all campus vehicles
- Perform preventative maintenance on lighting systems as well as electrical panels and electrical systems
- Complete any maintenance of HVAC equipment
- Maintain chilled water system, boilers, hot water heaters and refrigeration systems
- Perform any necessary plumbing and appliance repairs
- Conduct any required maintenance of swimming pools
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed electrician
- 4+ years maintenance background
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of mechanical systems
- Will be required to be on call every 3-4 weekends or as necessary
