Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an upbeat and energetic CSR to work at a growing fashion group in the Triangle area. If you enjoy working with customers and helping individuals with products and services, this is a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with customers via phone and email by assisting with questions and ordering needs
  • Prepare customer orders by discussing product information and entering in shipping details
  • Record all customer questions and information by entering data into client system
  • Understand and study company products to promote new items to clients
  • Work with internal team members to manage backorders, shipping errors, and returned products
  • Provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers
  • Communicate with customers via live chat, phone, and email daily
  • Actively follow up with customers on ordering information

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task between multiple projects and accounts
  • Proficiency with MS Office products
  • Ability to work possible Saturday hours
