Accentuate Staffing is recruiting a professional CSR for a small office in the Morrisville area. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, people person, and assisting callers with ordering needs.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, and live chat
- Update notes and client accounts in database system
- Assist with customers with ordering needs and website navigation
- Enter orders into database
- Assist with processing orders and tracking/shipment information
- Work with internal teams to ensure orders are shipped on time and to right location
- Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of call center/customer service work experience
- Excellent communication skill set
- MS Office proficiency
- Organized and detailed
