Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to support a small medical device team in RTP. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity with an awesome company!
Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk and all administrative support needs
- Greet visitors and guests and direct them in office
- Answer phones and direct to appropriate department
- Handle incoming and outgoing mailings
- Order office supplies
- Schedule meetings and prepare presentations for marketing team with PowerPoint
- Manage all financial documents for corporate office including bills, checks, and statements
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of front desk and administrative experience
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
