Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a rapidly growing company in RTP. The company is seeking a Customer Support Associate that is ideally looking to grow long term. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate eager to work with people. This is a temp-to-hire position.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and emails from customers identifying issues and answering general questions for client needs
- Enter orders into database and track shipping information
- Work directly with shipping and warehouse team to identify delivery dates, backorders, and return needs
- Assist team members with projects as needed
- Work with the accounting department to secure billing information and process payments for customers
- Manage discounts and pricing information for customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Customer service background in call center, restaurant, or retail space desired
- Background utilizing MS Office products
- Great communication skills – both written and verbal
- Eager and outgoing personality
